Refund policy
Returns
Standard black catalog holsters may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Customers may carefully test-fit the holster using a completely unloaded firearm. Returned holsters must include all original hardware and must be unmodified and undamaged, apart from light marks caused by normal test-fitting.
For change-of-mind returns:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the holster is received and inspected.
Made-to-Order Colors and Custom Products
Made-to-order colors, custom-quoted holsters, personalized products, one-off configurations, and products modified at the customer’s request are final sale.
This restriction does not apply when Savant Tactical made an error or the product has a covered defect.
Customer Ordering Errors
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct firearm model, generation, barrel length, dominant hand, weapon-mounted light or laser, optic configuration, and other listed options.
If a customer orders the wrong configuration, Savant Tactical may offer one replacement build at 50% of the current base price, plus applicable shipping and any additional material or upgrade charges.
The original holster and all included hardware must be returned at the customer’s expense. It must be unmodified and not intentionally damaged.
The original product must be received and inspected, and the replacement invoice must be paid in full, before production of the replacement begins.
An incorrect customer selection is not considered a product defect. However, incomplete, ambiguous, or incorrect compatibility information supplied by Savant Tactical will be treated as a Savant Tactical error.
Payment and Production
All products, custom work, replacement charges, upgrades, and shipping charges must be paid in full before production begins.
No work is scheduled or started until payment has cleared.
Savant Tactical Errors and Fit Problems
If Savant Tactical sends the wrong product, builds the order incorrectly, or the holster does not properly fit the exact supported firearm configuration ordered, Savant Tactical will cover return shipping and provide an appropriate repair, remake, replacement, or refund.
Customers must contact Savant Tactical before returning a product.
Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after payment is received.
An order may be canceled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before material has been ordered, cut, formed, or otherwise committed to the order. Once production or special-material ordering begins, the cancellation may be declined.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Savant Tactical provides the original purchaser with a limited lifetime warranty on the Kydex holster shell against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the holster and is not transferable.
Covered defects may include:
- Cracking or structural failure during normal use
- Manufacturing defects
- Fit or retention problems caused by a manufacturing error
Holster hardware is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, fading, or surface marks
- Lost hardware or hardware that loosens during ordinary use
- Damage caused by excessive heat, accidents, improper storage, misuse, or neglect
- Cutting, drilling, reheating, reshaping, or other unauthorized modifications
- Use with an unsupported or incorrectly identified firearm or accessory
- Changes made to the firearm after the holster was purchased
- Damage caused by improper installation or failure to inspect and maintain the holster
For approved claims made within 30 days of delivery, Savant Tactical will cover shipping in both directions. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the holster to Savant Tactical, and Savant Tactical will cover standard domestic shipping for the repaired or replacement product.
If the original color or material is unavailable, a warranty replacement may be produced in black or another mutually agreed available color.
Starting a Return or Warranty Claim
Contact Savant Tactical through the website before sending anything.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the holster and the problem
- The exact firearm, generation, barrel length, light, laser, optic, and other relevant accessories
- A description of the issue
Never ship a firearm or ammunition to Savant Tactical. Only send the holster after receiving return instructions.
Safety Notice
Always test holster fit using a completely unloaded firearm, including an empty chamber and removed magazine.
Regularly inspect the holster, mounting equipment, and hardware. Stop using the holster immediately if it becomes cracked, loose, damaged, or ill-fitting.
Light-bearing holsters must be used with the exact weapon-mounted light for which the holster was manufactured. Modifying a holster or using an unsupported firearm configuration can create an unsafe fit.
